The Cherub is a truly remarkable cast iron radiator combining cherubs, dragons and lions intertwined together with vines.

The Cherub cast iron radiator was originally manufactured in 1842 by the American Radiator Company and was described by them in their sales catalogue during the 1840s as “a work of art in iron”. It is the perfect choice for a dramatic centre piece in any room setting.

Ordering and delivery

Traditional Designs offer a 15 day lead time from the day your order is placed on painted orders. Polished orders take a little longer to complete due to the time-consuming process so these have a delivery time of 21 days. However, if your order is more urgent, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your order if at all possible. Traditional Designs radiators are custom built to your exact requirements and pressure tested prior to delivery. Once your cast iron radiator order is nearing completion, Traditional Designs will contact you by email or telephone to organise a convenient delivery date for you.

All radiators will need to be attached to the wall with wall ties and these are included free of charge with your cast iron radiator order.

Collection is possible from the workshops in Boston, Lincs, but this is by prior arrangement only.

Delivery Charges

Delivery to mainland UK is £70 including VAT. We can ship worldwide, so please contact us for a price to your location. Export orders are quoted for delivery once we know the size and weight of your order, and is charged out at cost to you.

Payments

Payment by credit or debit card is accepted via the shopping cart on the website or via telephone orders. We also accept payments by cheque, although there will be some delay whilst your cheque clears the banking system.
